The Lion King Broadway Lottery Tickets in 2025

Several Broadway productions offer opportunities at discounted tickets, which generally include a digital lottery. Digital lotteries allow audience members to submit themselves in a drawing to win up to 2 significantly discounted tickets to hit Broadway shows. Offers like digital lotteries, rush tickets, and standing room help make popular Broadway shows accessible to theater lovers and those seeking to dip a toe in the commercial theater scene in New York City. The fact that it’s digital allows for those who don’t live in the city to participate from afar. It’s also a great method of getting tickets for the more spontaneous theater goers who decide to get tickets closer to the performance, if luck is on their side it could even score them a discount.

Winning lottery tickets to iconic Broadway shows is exciting and relatively affordable! That being said, there are a few things to note if you do choose this route and are lucky enough to have your name drawn. The seat locations of lottery tickets are completely at the discretion of the box office, meaning there is a chance that you will get partial view seating. There is also no guarantee that if you win 2 tickets that they will be seated next to each other. Pay close attention to the instructions and policies when entering the lottery so that you don’t miss key details like the window you’ll have to purchase if you’re selected before you forfeit your tickets.
